Cancellation by Purchaser: Should you wish to cancel an order after payment has been accepted, please contact Bilingual by e-mail at email@example.com within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, freight & bank charges will not be refunded. Cancellations after this time will be at the sole discretion of Bilingual.
A custom order is an order for a product we don't stock. For example, we typically only stock one or two sizes in each ring, and we often have requests for the ring to made to another size. We require up-front payment for custom orders and we cannot accept returns on custom products
All designs created by Bilingual remain the property of Bilingual. Custom design service fees are non refundable.
Once a custom order has been placed & deposit received and we commence work on your custom piece the deposit of 60% of the agreed item price, is non refundable.
We will supply a prototype in another material of our choice of the completed piece for your approval. In the event that you do not approve of our first efforts then, at our sole discretion, we will do all that is possible to satisfy your change requests. Failing this remedy we will give you a credit toward any item on the site, equal to 50% of the non refundable deposit taken prior to starting work on the piece. We reserve the right to offer custom made pieces that have been approved &/or declined by the client for sale on the website. Items are despatched when payment in full has been received.
All items are hand made in Australia and may vary slightly in size, colour and pattern to those visible online. The website offers an accurate as possible representation of the product. Colour representation may also vary slightly due to computer image quality and screen settings.
We do not issue exchanges due to any of these variations or for change of mind. All items are sized as accurately as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Bilingual will accept products in their original, unused condition. All our products are meticulously inspected for flaws & faults before shipping. However, if you receive faulty goods, Bilingual will offer a refund, replacement or gift token on the purchase price less any shipping costs. This will be deemed at the sole discretion of Bilingual.
If receiving a refund, it will be sent to you via Paypal or Direct Deposit based on the payment method used for your order. Please note you may incur additional fees from Paypal or your financial institution.
Refunds will not be given for change of mind.
Exchanges for incorrect sizes are accepted within 5 days of dispatch date.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of dispatch date and must be returned via registered post including insurance to;
