Your access to the website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers, shipping & privacy policy documents contained in this document and elsewhere on the website (known collectively as "Terms of Use"). Your use of, and/or access to, the website constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use. Bilingual reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time without notice and with immediate effect. To become and remain a accountholder, you must:
(a) apply and be accepted for Membership;
(b) correctly complete the information requested on the 'Create an Account' page and;
(c) Have an active, permanent email address so as to receive, among other things invitations, special offers, regular newsletters; and

There is no limit to the number of members. Bilingual may accept or reject an application to become a member at Bilingual's absolute discretion and without giving reasons. If your application for an account is unsuccessful for any reason whatsoever, you may reapply for account at any time.

An account is not transferable.

By opening an account you agree that you have consented to receive emails from Bilingual in connection with this website, including (but not limited to) emails inviting you to participate in special offers and emails attaching the Bilingual newsletter.

Bilingual may, at Bilingual's absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or terminate an account, at any time and with immediate effect including without limitation suspension, cancellation or termination because, in Bilingual's opinion, the account holder no longer complies with the ongoing requirements as stated above and in these Terms of Use.

We accept all major credit cards through our online payment service, paypal.com, a free and secure payment method. Please refer to PayPal for their terms and conditions. We also accept direct deposit via Electronic Funds Transfer and cheque payments for local orders within Australia.

All Cheques must be addressed to Bilingual Design and include an order reference for processing purposes.
