Forbidden Collection

In everyday life, we often feel a tinge of guilt for allowing ourselves a little treat, enjoying a moment or a well-deserved break. Sometimes, what is deemed forbidden can actually be a positive influence and a pleasure to be embraced.

The 'Forbidden' collection includes pieces with a single twisted wire, illustrating the serpent and exploring perceptions of temptation. It is represented in three different states, first as twisted wire which then makes its way through the leaves and finally into the fruit. Pearls represent the object of desire and the things we long for. These little treasures remind us that the good things in life should be enjoyed with no guilt attached.
